2. Choose your service

Standard clean

For homes already in good condition. Counters, floors, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and bed making.

Detailed clean

Standard tasks plus grease buildup, vent hood, fridge-top dusting, bathroom buildup, and accessible areas behind furniture.

Interior appliances and baseboards are separate add-ons. Organizing and household assistance are quoted separately; contact us to discuss your scope.

How often?This is my first Kirtle Standard clean · 10% off the cleaning package.

Discounts apply to the package, not extras. First-clean and recurring discounts do not stack. Recurring savings are for standard maintenance visits after the initial clean. Every visit is billed separately; this is not a subscription.

3. Add your finishing touches

Baseboards start at $40 and require scope confirmation. Blinds are priced per blind; linens per bed. Laundry is one load and upholstery is one item, excluding chairs. Final quantities and scope are confirmed before payment. Dishes, drain unclogging, and organizing require a separate quote.

Preferred dates are requests, subject to availability. A 50% deposit is due before services begin. Do not send payment until Kirtle Standard confirms your appointment, service scope, and final amount.

5. Your cleaning checklist

Generated from your room counts and service level. These are planned tasks, not completed work. List exceptions in your special requests; changes to scope require confirmation.

6. Optional photo & video release

Your choice does not affect your cleaning service. Consent is separate from the cleaning agreement.

I hereby grant Kirtle Standard LLC permission to take photographs and/or videos of my property before, during, and after the cleaning services. I understand and agree that these images and videos may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, and social media, including but not limited to the company's website, social media platforms, brochures, and advertisements.

I acknowledge that:

The images and videos may be edited, altered, or published without further inspection or approval.
My personal identity (e.g., name, address) will not be disclosed in any promotional materials.
This consent is given voluntarily, and I waive any rights to royalties or compensation related to the use of these materials.
I have the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to Kirtle Standard LLC, understanding that materials already published cannot be removed.

How your price works

The home-size package is adjusted in proportion to the rooms selected and their cleaning effort. Bathrooms and kitchens carry more weight than bedrooms. Removing rooms lowers the estimate; adding rooms increases it. These are estimates for normal residential conditions. Commercial properties, heavy soil, and specialty work need an individual quote. Prices and the displayed deposit estimate exclude applicable sales tax; Kirtle Standard will confirm the final amount before payment. A 50% deposit is due before service begins. Pay by Zelle to service@kirtlestandard.com after the appointment and scope are confirmed. No extra work or charges are authorized by this request.
